Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino today announced that the 24th annual Golden Harvest Awards will be presented tomorrow, October 8, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Oct. 8 at Abigail Kirsch at Tappan Hill, 81 Highland Ave., Tarrytown. "Each year the Golden Harvest Awards recognize the outstanding contributions of those people and organizations that make Westchester such a smart place for seniors," Astorino said.
