Tarrytown resident Vic Weinstein, 75, a member of the Town of Greenburgh Planning Board, died on Thursday, Dec. 5. Weinstein was a member of the congregation of Temple Beth Abraham, a reform and conservative synagogue in Tarrytown, and the chairman of its House Committee.
