Traveling Lantern Theatre Company will present its play "Vladimir Goes for Gold!" at the Warner Library in Tarrytown on Thursday, June 30. The play is about champion badminton player Vladimir Cashewninski, sole athlete from the tiny People's Republic of Insurgistan, as he prepares to compete at the Olympic Games. The play starts at 7 p.m. on the library's third floor.
