The New York State Library has awarded construction grants to three public libraries in the 92nd Assembly District, according to Assemblyman Tom Abinanti . The grants, from $14 million in capital funds for public library construction and renovation provided in the 2015 state budget, have been awarded to the Mount Pleasant and Greenburgh public libraries, along with the Warner Public Library in Tarrytown.
