Following a joint investigation by Yorktown police, the Northern Westchester Drug Task Force and the Putnam Sheriff's Office, Anthony Delosangeles of Tarrytown is accused of selling heroin in Yorktown. He was arrested Feb. 22 at the Westchester County Jail, where he was being held on unrelated narcotics charges, Yorktown police said.
