The Jewish Community Center on the Hudson in Tarrytown will expand and renovate following a $10 million financing deal from First Niagara Financial Group. "First Niagara took the time to get to know the mission of the JCC and understood what we were trying to accomplish as a non-profit organization," said Frank Hassid, executive director of JCC on the Hudson.
