The odds of winning Saturday night's $800 million Powerball jackpot might be 1 in 292 million, but that hasn't stopped people in Westchester and Putnam counties from buying up tickets in hopes of winning the big prize. Westchester Tobacco and Stationery, on Main Street in Ossining, said they had a steady stream of customers buying Powerball tickets on Friday.
