Victor Weil, 71, of Ossining, was arrested this week following an incident where he is alleged to have taken a naked picture of 3-year-old child at the Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown, according to Greenburgh Police. The Daily Voice reports that the family of the child and Weil were separate guests at the hotel last weekend when the incident took place near the pool.
