The Dr. Leonard Finkelstein Excellence Award for 2015 was recently presented posthumously to Dr. Sean Misciagna, of Tarrytown, a Westmed Medical Group urgent care physician. Misciagna joined Westmed in March 2008, and died in November 2015 at the age of 36 after battling cancer for more than four years.
