Sleepy Hollow resident William Cabrera, 43, has been identified as the man who drowned in the Hudson River Friday near Pierson Park in Tarrytown, according to police. Cabrera and a friend were swimming in the early afternoon when he drowned, in what appears to have been an accident, reports The Journal News .
