A 43-year-old Sleepy Hollow man died Friday afternoon while swimming in the waters of the Hudson River off Pierson Park in Tarrytown, according to local police. The Journal News reports the incident occurred just after 1:30 p.m. His identity has not yet been released pending notification of next of kin.
