Bronx resident Morris Fraser, 53, was arrested by state police Saturday on charges of Grand Larceny and Falsifying Business Records in connection with his alleged stealing of $1,800 from the Tarrytown tolls on I-87. Police said Fraser, who was a part-time toll collector at that site, took $1,783 over two days last month by "altering toll tickets."
