She was born in Waynesboro, daughter of Raymond and Marjorie Ebner. She married James F. Virgilio on Oct. 4, 1975, in North Tarrytown, N.Y. Surviving are her husband; a daughter, Jessica Kilmartin and husband, James, of Tyrone; two sons: Christopher and wife, Kelley, of Charlottesville, Va., and Jonathan of Tyrone; six grandchildren: Blaise, Alexis, A.J., Triumph, Benjamin and KarisAnn Kilmartin; her parents of Martinsburg; a brother, Raymond "Chuck" Ebner of Salida, Colo.; and a sister, Dianne Ebner of Norwalk, Conn.
