Comedian Bill Cosby, who is facing a barrage of allegations of sexual assault, has postponed his two concerts at the Tarrytown Music Hall , which were scheduled for Dec. 6. As the controversy swirled around the entertainer earlier this week, he had not cancelled the shows and the venue was offering refunds to patrons who held tickets but did not want to attend.
