Parolee Gets 18 Years In Kidnapping, Robbery Case In Tarrytown

Robert Mizell, a Bronx resident who was on parole, has been sentenced to 18 years in prison on charges of kidnapping, robbery, one count of criminal possession of a weapon and assault, in an incident that ended in Tarrytown, according to a release by Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore. One count of Assault in the Second Degree, a class "D" Felony, relating to the abduction and robbery of car service driver Aneudy Lendoff.
