What had once been a hot ticket has now become nearly impossible to give away, as many people who had planned to see Bill Cosby perform in Tarrytown this weekend asked for a refund for their seats. The MTA is asking commuters who purchase the Mail & Ride Unlimited MetroCard to buy new December tickets before their Tuesday commute.
