Tarrytown School District teachers are recommending students join MusicWorks, a music program started by parents Judith Krass and Alison Paul, that ensures talented, low-income students have the opportunity to continue developing their abilities and experience. District teachers recommend students join the program after they have played an instrument for at least a year and have demonstrated musical ability and a willingness to practice regularly.
