TARRYTOWN, N.Y. Bill Cosby has agreed to offer refunds for those who want to boycott the comedian's shows at the Tarrytown Music Hall in light of recent sex abuse allegations, LoHud.com reports. Cosby's two shows on Dec. 6 were booked by AM Productions, which in turn rents out the theater.
