Cabdriver ordered into trunk escapes abductor in Tarrytown

A Bronx livery cabdriver escaped his abductor Thursday by finding an emergency-release lever inside the trunk where he had been stuffed and jumping from the vehicle as it slowed in Tarrytown, village police said.
