Four school districts in Westchester are on lockout late Tuesday morning as police are looking a man believed to be armed and dangerous on Route 119 in Tarrytown. The Elmsford Union Free and Hastings-on-Hudson school districts went into lockout after earlier lockouts were declared for Irvington and Tarrytown schools.
