All but one Westchester-bound lane will be closed starting tonight at 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. on Friday. TARRYTOWN - Crews closed all but one lane on the southbound Tappan Zee Bridge Thursday overnight into Friday to make additional repairs following Tuesday's crane collapse.
