Roshan Samuel, a 34-year-old Tarrytown resident, was sentenced Wednesday to probation after being convicted of sending lewd photos to an Elmsford high school student. Samuel was sentenced to five months shock probation followed by four years probation for his conviction on two counts of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors in the First Degree, class D felonies.
