For three weeks, the children from the Jewish Community Center on the Hudson's Early Childhood Program in Tarrytown had collected donations of dessert mixes, coffee, tea and cocoa to bring to the community food pantry. There, they sorted the food and assembled it into 37 Thanksgiving goodie bags for the pantry to distribute to its patrons.
