TARRYTOWN, N.Y. The Tarrytown Congregate Site Senior Citizen Lunch Program is now being held at The Neighborhood House, across the street from the former site. The program, sponsored through the Greenburgh Parks and Recreation Department, serves people ages 60 or older who live in the unincorporated area of Greenburgh, or one of the following villages: Ardsley, Dobbs Ferry, Elmsford, Hastings, Irvington and Tarrytown.
