Nancy Bowen, a visual artist from Purchase, is among 50 outstanding artists and two art patrons who will be honored at the 2015 Arts Awards Luncheon in honor of its 50th anniversary. The luncheon will be Thursday at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown and is sponsored for the fifth year in a row by First Niagara.
