TARRYTOWN, N.Y. Officials with Metro-North and the National Transportation Safety Board are using social media and technology to aid their investigation as they continue to piece together the facts behind Tuesday night's crash. The NTSB has arranged an email account as they seek other witnesses that may have information regarding what took place leading up to the accident that claimed six lives.
