The quick moving clipper that hit Westchester on Friday morning resulted in numerous accidents and several school districts changing planned delayed openings to closings. Winter's cold grip on Westchester County will not loosen over the weekend and a wintry mix is expected to move into the area just in time for the Monday morning commute, according to the National Weather Service.
