Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino Thursday will announce five new economic development initiatives during his keynote speech at the Westchester County Association's "2015 Forecast: State of the Westchester Market" annual breakfast. The speech will take place at 8 a.m. at the Westchester Marriott, located at 670 White Plains Road in Tarrytown.
