Clarkstown police have arrested a man who allegedly stole dozens of tires and rims from a car dealer's lot in West Nyack last May. Angel Lopez, of the Bronx, was nabbed by police on April 1. Police say 53 sets of tires and rims worth $63,000 were taken from Tarrytown Honda.
