Megan Bookstaver Homicide: Authorities Charge Boyfriend in Tarrytown Shooting

Megan Bookstaver, a 23-year-old Hicksville resident, was killed in Tarrytown in September 2013 , and authorities Tuesday charged her boyfriend, Tarrytown resident Eric Gaulin, in connection with her death.
