Tarrytown Entrance Ramp to Tappan Zee Bridge to Close - for Years

As of Thursday, Dec. 5 and for the duration of the new Tappan Zee Bridge build, drivers going from Tarrytown to Rockland will have to bypass the Route 9 entrance ramp to the Thruway.
