The Hudson River Boat & Yacht Club Association and Hudson Valley Marine Trades Association will host a Hudson River roundtable discussion on boater safety at Tarrytown Village Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 7 p.m. The discussion will center around the new Tappan Zee Bridge construction and what boaters will face as the project progresses.
