Tarrytown Police report two drug arrests, carried out by the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force, in the McDonald's parking lot on January 2. Around 8 p.m., Task Force officers observed what appeared to be a drug sale taking place in the Tarrytown Centre lot.
