Over $5,000 in E-ZPass tolls refunded to TZ Bridge motorists following fatal crash

TARRYTOWN Motorists who were forced to make a U-turn on the Tappan Zee Bridge following a July 23 fatal auto accident that closed all northbound lanes for six hours have received thousands of dollars in refunds for bridge tolls they paid that night.
