Police are alerting parents to a report of a suspicious driver who approached a 10-year-old boy on his way to school and offered him a ride in Westchester. The incident took place around 8:10 a.m. Tuesday when the boy, who attends Main Street School in Irvington, was standing near the corner of Meadow Street and Millbrook Avenue off Route 119 in Tarrytown waiting for his school bus.
