Tarrytown commuters and residents ready for a yummy, healthy meal will soon be able to duck into a new restaurant -- the Grass Roots Kitchen -- by the train station for a dose of delicious. Slated to open in March, the Grass Roots Kitchen is the newest restaurant from Dave Starkey's ERL Hospitality group that also operates favorites Tomatillo, Sweet Grass Grill, and Red Zebra.
