Barley on the Hudson, located at 265 West Main Street at the former site of the Striped Bass, opened on July 4 and is currently offering outdoor dining overlooking the Hudson River. Bobby Harris, one of the partners at Barley on the Hudson, first heard the spot was available in May and signed the lease in June.
