Middletown Mayor Joseph DeStefano said the town was preparing a court-ordered evacuation of the facility, but owners allowed it's residents to be moved voluntarily. "The patients are going to about 11 different facilities, everywhere from within Middletown to Tarrytown, New York, we have about 92 people that were impacted, 10 had to be transported by ambulance, the majority of people are on air-conditioned buses to the other facilities," DeStefano said.
