A Tarrytown, N.Y. resident faces nearly 80 larceny and forgery charges after he was arrested by Bethel police on Tuesday, police said. Francis Theodore Linder , III, 33 of Cressent Drive in Tarrytown, is charged with 39 counts of 3rd degree larceny and 39 counts of 3rd degree forgery, police said.
