Judith Huntington, President of The College of New Rochelle, presented Sr. Dorothy Ann Kelly, OSU Scholarships to two high school students at the annual Westchester Women's Hall of Fame luncheon on March 27 held at The Doubletree Hotel in Tarrytown. President Huntington presented the scholarships to Rachel Guglielmo of White Plains High School and Ariana Silvestre of Saunders Trades and Technical High School in Yonkers, both of whom aspire to jobs in social service professions.
