Police: 10,000 Bags of Heroin Found Concealed in Car

Police say a routine traffic stop in New York's Westchester County netted 10,000 bags of heroin inside the vehicle. Officers discovered the cache of drugs after pulling over a car for an unsafe lane change in Tarrytown on Tuesday.
