Construction on the new Tappan Zee Bridge is moving forward and that means drivers need to prepare for upcoming lane closures starting this evening. Starting tonight at 9 p.m. and running until 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, three left lanes on the northbound side of the New York State Thruway will be closed from Exit 9 by Tarrytown to exit 10 by Nyack.
