O'Sullivan was past president of the AOH of Westchester County and had been a union delegate to Laborers Local 60. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Sleepy Hollow and a member of the Woodlawn Golf Society. O'Sullivan is survived by his brothers, Jim, Patrick and Mick; and sister, Nora; sister-in-law, Maureen; brother-in-law, George; and many nieces and nephews.
