Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino congratulated dozens of disabled employees who have excelled in their jobs and the businesses that hired them, announcing the 28th Annual Achievement Awards Breakfast set for Oct. 30 at 8 a.m. at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown. "It is once again a pleasure to honor those businesses that have done so much to help disabled employees in Westchester," said Astorino.
