On Super Bowl Sunday, we know the rowdy sports bar scene isn't for everyone. We know of three spots --The Castle Hotel in Tarrytown, Restaurant X in Congers and X20 Xaviars on the Hudson in Yonkers -- that are equally spirited, but with a slightly more upscale bent.
