Irvington and Tarrytown schools are on lockout Tuesday morning as police are looking a man who may be armed and dangerous on White Plains Road. The Tarrytowns Public School District posted online that it has placed schools on lock-out because of police activity at Sleepy Hollow Gardens located at 177 White Plains Road.
