As Tarrytown police searched for an armed man , students in six school districts were placed under lockout in an abundance of caution. Harrison said from the moment they learned of the issues throughout the Rivertowns, his "dedicated administrative team, faculty, and staff sprang into action to ensure the safety of our students."
