The two men who took police on a wild chase through southern Westchester following alleged armed robberies of Verizon stores in Scarsdale, Tarrytown and Thornwood are facing federal charges. Joon Kim, the acting United States Attorney for the Southern District announced this week that 32-year-old Diabel Samb and 24-year-old Mamadou Ndao have been charged with conspiracy to commit Hobbs Act robbery, Hobbs Act robbery and one count of using a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence.
