Commuters on New Jersey Transit's Pascack Valley rail line won't be riding trains on weekends and during off-peak hours. While busing is in effect, all Metro-North commuters from Spring Valley, Nanuet and Pearl River, New York, are allowed to use commuter passes for travel on Metro-North's Hudson Line between Tarrytown, New York and Grand Central Station.
