A longtime employee of the Tarrytown Union Free School District and Putnam resident has been arraigned on charges that she allegedly stole more than $10,000 from her employer. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced on Wednesday that 53-year-old Carol Ressa of Lake Peekskill has been arraigned in Sleepy Hollow Village Court, where she was charged with felony counts of third-degree grand larceny, and grand larceny as a public corruption case.
